A graduate of the University of Cincinnati, he is married to Jody Lynch and they have three children: Christopher, Elizabeth, & John. Dan started his real estate career in 1991 and soon established himself as one of the top Cincinnati Realtors. Tim Lynch, Dan's Father, has been in the real estate business with Dan since 1992, and has been Ohio licensed since 1984. He specializes in the contract details and closing of your home. His 25+ years of homebuilding and real estate service ensures that the "best and most experienced eyes" are watching the details of your home sale or purchase. With Tim's experience, virtually all the problems, situations, and objections have been encountered and solved. Sherri, An Un-Licensed Customer Support Team Member, is the marketing & listing coordinator for the Team. She markets our listings through newspaper and magazine advertisements, direct mailing programs, postcard campaigns and special publications, designs and prints our home flyers. Sherri promotes our homes to top real estate agents in the area and ensures that our listings receive substantial web presence!  She is also Office Manager for the Team Lynch and helps to keep us on track. 

Jody, Kristen & Thomas are our Unlicensed Client Care Coordinators. They will direct all calls, set appointments, update you on showings, and run computer searches to find the home just right for you!

Meanwhile, Dan is working with our current buyers and sellers.
